Clog Pattern

November 19, 2006

The pattern I used for the clogs I made was a pattern that was recommended by another knitter. They are so easy to make! I think a beginning knitter could easily make them. One of the shops I order from, and have had great service, Carodan Farm (for which I blame Susan) has the pattern.

I’m not a real fast knitter but I think it took me about 5 hours to knit each one. You do need wool yarn and you knit it using a double strand. They recommend that you not use Superwash. The yarn I used felted up nicely but for Vince and Chad, I think I will use a 100% wool and not the mohair blend that I used in mine.

Get the pattern and get yourself a pair of clogs knitted! :)

The clogs look great…..

You are becoming quite the knitter. I hope one day to become half the quilter you are……….

Happy Thanksgiving
