Whew . . glad to have one of them sold. We just listed it Saturday so this was fantastic news! It’s actually “pending” but she already has her approval letter from the bank so it should go through with no problems. This is the house in town which was the house I was worried most about selling. I think the other house will sell quickly but we’re not showing it til after we’re moved out.
Anyway, this takes a big burden off. After we bought the house in MO, I began to worry and wonder if we had done the right thing buying that house before either of these sold. But, we knew that had we waited even another two days, we would have missed the house in MO because someone else came in to make an offer on it but our offer was already accepted.
Things always work out!

Everything is moving SO quickly – at least it seems that way to me.
Will say a prayer that the other house sells exactly when you want it to!
How’s Speck doing?

Ooohhh – congratulations!!! Real estate markets are tricky and ever changing, so I am happy that you are in the fast market and everything is working out so well for you!

Oh Judy this is FANTASTIC news!!! That is like it has been for our two home sells – we have sold them within a few days of the sign going in the yard – I always get so excited when it is time to buy/sell homes! Glad to hear you have 1 down and 1 more to go. Merry Christmas!

Good for you – I’m so glad! Have a wonderful Christmas – even if you are feeling a little bit “displaced”.
Wow! Congrats on the quick sell. Will you be close to Kansas City when you move to Missouri?
Congrats on selling the first house, hope the second will sell also fast.
When things go this well it is a true sign that you have God’s blessing and are on the right path.
