That does sound like a great book. I've read stories about quilters from older times, but nice that there is a more modern version. Off to read your story!

That is an amazing and touchingly poignant story. Yes, you were meant to connect! There are no coincidences, thanks for sharing your story and your quilts straight from your heart!

I have read your story, over and over. You have such a deep inner place in you, Judy, for connecting with others' hearts and you share blessings with your quilts in all ways. It is a lovely, lovely story. We all need to remember why we truly quilt and how intricately it connects us with others. Thank you for reminding us all of this again!

I've read the story before but forgot about it so I went back and re-read it. It's an amazing story, that's all I can say. Wow...<br/>God is the all-seeing eye who knows all and He chose you to bless these hurting children. How truly special this was. I'm so glad that you shared it on your blog and now it's in the book. I hope to get a copy of that book too along with your new book of patterns.

I knew the story and still got chills reading it. I'm a firm believer in things happening for a reason. Thank you, Judy, for sharing this with us, and for making quilts for those babies. Even though they will never know who made the quilts for them, you will always hold a special place in their hearts. And in ours!
