It’s been a busy, busy week. Next week will be no less busy but by the end of next week, I should have deadlines met, just one more teaching trip for June and hopefully things will slow down a bit.
I used 18.75 yards this week, added nothing for a net of 190.75 yards used this year. I wasn’t all good though. Sock yarn was ordered. I so badly want to have time to sit and knit. There’s light at the end of the tunnel . . I can barely see it but it’s there!

Busy week here but not in regards to quilting… although I have found a new category to report on…
Judy I haven’t touched my knitting since I returned from TX… by the time I sit down I don’t want to even think enough to count stitches… LOL
9.75 used this week and none added.
So Judy – what kind of sock yarn did you buy? I forgot the quilt shop carries lots of yarn – gorgeous hand dyed stuff – I took a quick peek at the sock yarn but refrained – I’ve got plenty here right now to be getting on with but it was very tempting.
hi, i don’t buy sock yarn…i spin my own. some is fancy, some is plain and i
never seem to knit unless its winter therefor i don’t get many socks done.
maybe this year…
quilting is another matter…that is year round. Just slower in the nice
weather…lot’s of stuff to do outside that eats my time
