Hi Judy, I made this for myself tonight and it was good! Since it was just me, I halved the receipe. I usually don't cook much, but after I read your receipe, I realized it has probably been at least a month since I have had a hot, homecooked meal.

Please post more easy receipes like this one! This was quick enough for me to make after a full day of work, which helps a lot. I had it with salad, but no bread, although I bought the book at your recommendation and I've made bread with it in the past.

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the receipes - keep 'em coming!

Ooh yummy. Thanks Judy, I was just sitting trying to decide what to cook for dinner tonight, and there it was, the perfect recipe. Just one thing, what on earth is Slap Ya Mama? Is it essential?

Vince will probably notice on the fifth night that, although he is getting different dishes, they all contain Hamburger. The recipe above sounds like something my husband would like and when I get back from Kansas City, he's getting it for dinner!!
Thanks for the recipes.
