I’ve been lurking and looking at the stash reports for quite awhile, and I’m thinking I might get brave and start participating in 2010. I’m in for the Show Your Stash challenge anyway. I think doing the reports will help me prove I’m actually making some progress. I need to do something before they find me crushed to death under a fallen pile of fabric!

I made two chicken quilts two years ago and have quite a few more pieces of chicken to sew this next year. Is 2010 the chinese “year of the chicken”? It can be in our quilt world.

Despite a 10 yard addition, I’m still in the black. And finally remembered to tally the swap blocks and other items that hadn’t been added into the fabric used column – tho it didn’t equal that 10 yards purchased. But I’ll have one final push – a mystery quilt for New Year’s Eve sewing that I need to get cut before hand and some presewing done so I’ll have a few more yards being used out of the stash yet this year!
