Design Wall Monday – March 1, 2010

March 1, 2010

What’s on your design wall?  This picture has been posted already but it’s what I’m currently working on.  I’ve made a total of 6 blocks and I think I need 15.

What’s on your design wall?  Please share a link to your design wall post, not to your main blog.  Thanks!

Good morning from Michigan and a good start for more cupcakes blocks. I could use a real cupcake right now to get me going…. Thank you for another design wall Monday hosting!

I love how these sherbert colours sparkle on the black background. I’ve put things up on my wall, to motivate me to finish other things so I can play with them! Let’s get sewing!:)

Looks like it will be a beautiful sherbet colored quilt. Which reminds me of my favorite sherbet…..Lime; layered with a crushed oreo/cool whip/nuts crust. Yummy.
I’m feeling like the rabbit in Alice in Wonderland today….hurry, hurry, no time to wait…get in at the sewing machine.

This week I have my “siggy” squares that I need to add the HST”s to the corners up on the Wall. I got a few signed at the Sewing and Stitchery EXPO last week. And met Glorianne, author of “Twice Quilted Designs”. Read about it in today’s Post. HI Glorianne!
I can’t wait to see these blocks combined with the Borders. I can’t quite visualize it yet…

Your design wall blocks are beautiful, but I just read your “Life is Short” post and find it even more beautiful and very touching.
It really spoke to my heart.
