Sew a 3-1/2″ x 5″ background rectangle (N) to opposite sides of a 3-1/2″ medium accent square (O). Make 17.
Join the Unit #6 pieces to the above segment to finish Block 2. Make 17 blocks.
Go back to the flying geese from Clue #1. You have 4 flying geese, all the same color, per block. Take 2 of the flying geese from each block (so you have half of them in one pile and half of them in another pile).
For one pile, which should be 36 flying geese, sew a 1-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ medium accent (Q) rectangle to the bottom of the flying geese. Label as Unit #7.
