This is probably exactly what you expected to see on my design wall today. It’s actually no longer up there but as of right now, the wall is blank so this is what was on there during the week.
I really like the brights in this quilt. I like the idea of those inner connecting rectangles being different colours. Now I can see this as a good stash quilt too.
Looking good. I’m planning to make my self a kit from my stash and work on the Note to Self project in Florida this winter. Really trying to use stash for everything!
I had to make something to remember the “Buggy Barn” ladies from our Quilt Festival this past week-end. The Design Wall is really my cutting mat this morning… after the busy, busy week-end it’s time to have some fun. Beware, there is some sesrious ‘name-dropping’ going on in my post…are you still looking Glorianne???
Late as usual. I am almost finished with the piecing and now I just have to get the rows together. Hope you are finding the machine you really will love.
That looks really cute Judy! How’s the cleaning and organzing going? Ready for a break? LOL
Judy, The “Note to Self” quilt looks great. I love all those bright colors.
The more I see Note to Self, the more I like it! Fabrics are pulled and I hope to catch up soon… maybe with a smaller version.
I like your blocks.

Thanks for the pork pressure cooker recipe – I’m looking forward to more. As always, the Design Wall Monday links are amazing!
I’ve gone machine embroidering mad, so my design wall this week is just that!
Wish I were at a point where I could participate the the Note to Self Quilt Along. I really like the design.
I think I’m going to tuck away the link to this quilt-along so I can make it at a later date!!

Wish I’d have time to do this cute project along with everyone else. Have a wonderful week Judy.
Judy, can you delete my first Design Wall Monday link. I put the wrong link on it.
Thanks, Sandi
Always happy to see the other design walls on Monday, motivates me throughout the week and gets me up and moving on Monday morning to post!!

Your quilt is coming along nicely. I like the colors. Neat fabric.
I like your Note to Self pattern, Judy! Hope you’re sewing today too.
Love the quilt and wish I had time to work on it right now. Love the idea of cutting out a kit for a later time and may try to do that.
I really like that Note to Self pattern and the bright colors!
Love your blocks! Good luck in your sewing machine hunt!
Cool! Your version of the quilt looks different than I envisioned it…. I can’t wait to see the top finished.
