Connect the Dots was done as a mystery for a retreat in 2010 and has been a very popular pattern!
The quilt is easy! There are some half square triangles but other than those, it’s squares and rectangles.
Blocks are 9″ finished/9-1/2″ unfinished. As shown, the quilt measures 67″ x 85″.
Please choose your own fabrics. You do not need to use dark blue, tan, green and cream! These are just listed as the colors so you can see where each color is in the quilt.
Fabric Requirements:
Fabric 1 – 3-3/4 yards (dark blue)
Fabric 2 – 2 yards (brown/tan)
Fabric 3 – 1 yard (green)
Fabric 4 – 2-3/4 yards (cream)

Thanks Judy. I love your mysteries!
Sounds like FUN!
I really, really have to do some stashbusting, so I think this should help.
And so it begins!!!!! Fun, fun, fun!!!!
Hooked when you said it would be good for a Christmas quilt, have more holiday fabric than I know what to do with it!! this may clear out an entire container.
Sounds like a great plan! Let’s get the ball rolling!!
Thank you for your mysteries………….. Just love doing them
You know what? I am in. I don’t have time (who does?), have enough WIPs to keep me occupied until next year (who doesn’t?), and have a home I’m still unpacking from a move. I think this is the perfect time for a mystery project!
Actually, I have a front porch with new, comfy furniture and a need for some quilts on those cooler nights we sit out and read. (Iif my kids will sit on the porch and read instead of watching TV or playing Wii, you can bet I’m going to make it comfortable.) Thanks for letting us in on the fun.
I’m in too, I just need to pick some fabrics…..excited……and I don’t know how I have time for another project!!! But I have wanted to do this for a while!!!
