Maybe I’m setting a record for having a blank design wall EVERY weekend this year. This is what was on my design wall before I packed it all away to take to a retreat to finish:
Oh have fun on the retreat – I know it will get your remotivated!! I can tell you that your blog each Monday does just that for me!! I was up late last night finishing up my wall so I could blog it out!! Thanks and have fun!!
Well if you have the record for the most blank design walls, then I must be working on the record for never changing what’s on the design wall. I guess I need to start something new. You should take comfort, if you are sewing so much that you clean off your design wall every week, then you are getting things done.
Your wall may be blank, but mine was unchanged since the first of June. My shame is worse, I fear. I have finally gotten back to my stitching and have a new something on my wall today.
You have a retreat coming up…lucky duck!
I have to wait until February for my retreat
I am intrigued by these blocks and look forward to seeing what you are making!
Loved this week, enjoyed the Pacific International Quilt Festival in Santa Clara CA and seeing all the quilts was wonderful!!! So inspired! Too many quilts, not enough time.
Do not despair, Judy. Some monday you will have something on that wall. You are certainly productive enough. We understand. I wish I could be as productive as you, but I’m working on it.
My design wall is waiting for me to keep going on my bee project. I worked at cutting everything to mail out today so I posted that. I also posted what the blocks look like! Can’t wait to put the blocks all together.
I love black and white quilts with a little color can’t wait to see how this one finishes. I finally got something on my design wall which happens to be the livingroom floor today. vbg

have fun on your retreat–how can you not!
Thanks again for hosting a delightful Design Wall Monday!
Looks intriguing. Hope you had fun at your retreat! I don’t have a design wall – a floor and a spyglass make do…
I know about packing – you are just doing it for a retreat… I have to pack for 5 1/2 months!

Jane, glad you waited and were inspired by these new blocks. They’re awesome!

I hope you meet all your goals at your retreat and manage to have some fun as well!
Nothing on my Design Wall either, Judy! Too busy finishing a quilt that has a Saturday deadline.
Love all the design wall inspiration! Thanks!
