Stash Report – December 5, 2010

Probably for the rest of the year, everything I work on is something that has already been counted and I’m just finishing up projects so as far as the report goes, nothing added and nothing used.

I’m going to try to finish up as many projects as I can so I can start 2011 off on a fresh start.

How did everyone else do this week as far as stashbusting?

I took a quilted hand bag class yesterday and finished it, was so happy with it, I am going to make another one today. I think all the women on my Christmas list are getting quilted hand bags!! I might even quilt my own fabric from my stash and use it up that way!!

Finishing up projects is a good thing! Fresh starts are even better! I’m going to do a two-week report next week, but this week I had five yards in and two yards out. So not too bad!

I avoided a trip to the quilt shop yesterday – don’t I get to count all the fabric I avoided adding to the stash. 🙂

I did better this week. Finished up a small quilt for a Christmas present and didn’t go fabric shopping. I intend to make another one before Christmas. They are baseball related quilts for 2 brothers.
