A Making Ends Meet Quilt

A blog reader sent me a sweet email and a picture of her Making Ends Meet.   Here’s a portion of the email she sent me so you can read what she wrote about making hers smaller and making it to match a border print she had.

Here’s a photo of the little quilt made from your instructions.  The blocks finished at 6 1/4″ to play nicely with the border print.  Just picked up charity batting from Hobbs in Waco so I’m  making small quilts to share with county emergency/school counselors.

I think she did a great job making it smaller so it can be a donation quilt and matching it up with the border print.

She did a fabulous job, it is sweet and smile-inducing; just right for a charity quilt.

That is so sweet! Some little girl will feel a little better kowning someone cared enough to make such a lovely quilt just for her. Thanks for sharing with us, Judy, and the maker.

Absolutely adorable… think she’d share her math? LOL I do tons of baby quilts for charity.

Love the border print and how she made it all work, and I applaud her for doing it for a charity quilt.
