Fiesta Sunrise is Complete

Got the binding finished on this one yesterday . . thanks to a quilting friend here who loaned me thread since I forgot the weird shade of aqua thread needed to finish it.

Today I’m working on Road to Brownwood blocks.

Amazing! You get more done in one day out of town than I do in weeks at home!

I just have to tell you that you’re amazing. You finished 2 large quilts in 2 days and in a hotel room at that. I’m lucky if I have the energy to get one border on a baby quilt in an evening. I’m the pokey little puppy when it comes to quilting…I love it but I’m slow. You’re inspiring. Hope your house hunt is going better.

LOVE it! Now don’t go feeling sorry for that hotel because they have skanky bedspreads and leave it behind! LOL

Ok, I admit this panto was a great choice. My quilt with the “fighting” had smaller triangles, but this larger design works wonderfully. Just goes to show that as good as your photos are, they aren’t as good as seeing the real thing. Beautiful! Sarah

i love this quilt. it has the distinct advantage of having biiiig pieces. now, that’s a good deal! the colors are an extra, added bonus. i like bright.

will this be a freebie pattern?
