A good week! I used 5 yards for the backing for Note to Self, 3/4 yard for the binding for Note to Self; 6-3/4 yards for the backing for Road to Brownwood (which is loaded on the longarm now!) and 3/4 yard for the binding for Road to Brownwood. That’s a total of 13-1/4 yards out this week and nothing in.
Used this Week: 13.25 yards
Used year to Date: 136 yards
Added this Week: 0 yards
Added Year to Date: 10 yards
Net Used for 2011: 126 yards

Judy – nothing to do with your stash (or mine!) but could you tell me what brand of longarm you have and how big the throat is? I’m mulling over the future of the one I have. Thanks!

Just wondered: are you going to do another Memorial Day Quilt Along this year? With all your issues of selling / buying a house and moving to Texas, I wasn’t sure if that’s still possible.
My link, #13 (I think) is messed up…don’t know how to remove it…or if I even can. Mouse died this morning and I am trying to do everything old way, and it is not working….sorry!

We’ve been busy puppy-proofing, so no time to either shop or use up stash!
You just had to ask didn’t you. I found myself in the quilt store yesterday – I have no idea how that could have happened. I haven’t taken the time to add my totals in but I’m thinking I might have actually added more to my stash yestereday than you used this week.
But at least it was all fabric with a purpose – to finish off one quilt and for another I’ve already started on so it won’t lay about for long.
i got one quilt top made and used 8 yards total on it, then I cut another quilt, and sewed the first row, and it is 14″x63″, and have several more rows to put together (all acraps)……and then I have one of Judys books coming from a online group sale, and I want to make one in it when it comes-lol (older book)Topsy Turvy Nine Patch by Judy Laquidara 60 X 78″ quilt
This has nothing to do with your post….and for some reason, I can’t find your email address this a.m., but I just saw the news about the destruction in Joplin and am hoping you and your family are okay. I know you don’t live in Joplin, but I also know you go there for things sometimes. It’s very sad to see what happened there.
