It was a good week with lots of sewing and no shopping. Nothing was added. I used 21 yards! 12 yards of that was for a quilt I cut out and got started working on, 6 yards was backing (the one I asked you to choose between the blue floral and the homespun), and 3 yards for sashing and binding on the scrappy star quilt.

Net Used for 2011: 225.50 yards

That is a great week!
I can’t even begin to imagine using so much fabric in a week. With the way I hand piece and hand quilt I really use it so slowly. I keep a very small stash compared to a lot of you quilters that machine piece and machine quilt. I have barely even sewed anything this past 4 weeks.
