Here’s part 1 of a 2 part show of accomplishments. There were more finishes and near finishes than I’ve ever seen at a retreat. These ladies sewed non-stop . . day and night!
I didn’t take notes so I hope I have the correct names with all these quilts. If not, please correct me. The photos are listed in the order in which I took them and no doubt I missed some of them and if I did, that was purely accidental.
This is a terrible picture of a gorgeous soon to be quilt! Pam was working on this one and I love it and am definitely going to make one of these.
In the foreground is Pam’s Texas quilt. Farther back is Krista’s purple, orange and green February color palette challenge.
The four patches in the front are Karla’s and there’s something about the colors she used that makes me want to grab some of those same colors and make a four patch quilt!
The stars are Sue’s January Color Palette Challenge top. On the wall are Krista’s Orca Bay and I’m not sure what the other design is but it’s also Krista’s quilt.
I believe the front top was made by Charlene and maybe the one on top with the strips was made by Charlene and the half circles was made by Beryl.
Donna made a lot of progress on her mystery from the 2010 Shipshewana retreat.
The front two are Susan’s and the back ones were made by Wanda.
In the front is a part of Wanda’s Christmas quilt. On the design wall are one of Liz’ blocks and those green blocks with the star in the middle . . Cheryl? Swooze? Melinda? I cannot remember who was working on those.
More pictures will be posted later!
