Here’s what’s done on Nicole’s new quilt.
Lots more blocks to get done . . but it’s a good start before I put it away for another project.

Yes, my April list is the same as the March list because none of them got done!
One got done!
Done!

Judy, it will be so beautiful when you get finished. Nicole will cherish it forever.
another linky party for me to join, Judy you might just get me addicted to doing this.
Judy, these are beautiful! It really never ceases to amaze me how a simple block can be transformed just by the fabrics you choose. In this case, changing the center cross to a lighter version of the darker “paw” color really adds charm … as does setting it on point. I’m going to have to pull this up in EQ and play around with it with some batiks! Thanks for the inspiration this morning! I can’t tell from the photo — are you using batiks, or just pretty colors? What are you using for the outside neutral HSTs?
I love these blocks. This quilt will another gorgeous quilt. Setting them on point really changes their look!
Beautiful blocks! They look really different set on point.
I’m smitten with those blocks Judy! They have a sort of southwestern-New Mexico feel to them. I’m thinking they may be the perfect block for a border on a serape type quilt…wheels churning.
That will be a gorgeous quilt. That pattern goes in my ideas folder; I love it!
I have the exact rowenta. I got it a month ago and I love it. My previous rowenta leaked but I researched it and I always empty it out before I unplug it and leave it. I think this is supposed to help with that issue.
I like the richness of the colors.
