If you’ve noticed on the left sidebar, the next Quiltathon is this coming Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For those who haven’t participated before . . it’s simply a time when as many of us as can participate, plan to cook meals ahead, get a bit of cleaning and chores done up ahead and try to convince our husbands not to drag us to Home Depot!
I’m ready! I’m so ready to spend hours and hours in my sewing room. Try to plan at least one day to sew with me, ok?
Perfect timing for me… 1st weekend without company since mid December AND I should have 2 new machines to play with! Can’t wait.
Good timing. I’m going to need as many hours of sewing as I can get to keep up with my goals for the Flower Fairies finish!
One of those days is going to be spent at an area quilt show. I plan on quilting/sewing on the other days.
I’m in for at least two days!
I’ll be joining you – at least for the Sat/Sun and maybe Friday night. I need the focus to get my “Get it Done” projects in hand.
Thursday our guild is having a Sew In day, so I will be sewing something and I have more things scheduled to work on, so oh yeah I too will be joining in!!!! Thanks for all the inspiration!!!!!!!!!
No other plans for next weekend so will sew as much as possible on Sat and Sun

I’m hoping for a good snow storm so I have no other choice but to sew – for sure I’ll be joining for one or two days.
Oh, I’m working as hard and fast as I can! I am moving into a new room for my sewing and I finished the painting last night. Now to get the sewing, cutting and ironing tables in place, move the machines ( I have a collection),the irons ( I have a collection), the fabric( I have a big collection) …ok maybe I won’t get it all done in time. Maybe I can just bring a machine and some fabric into the only room in the house that I didn’t put furniture and boxes in when I emptied the room for painting. That would be the kitchen…not sure that will work either. I’ll have to get to you if I get to sew.
Gonna plan at least one day, hopefully two! This week is “my” week with the kids, so they come home on Wednesday. I can manage at least Thursday and Friday while they are in school
Can possibly sneak in some on Sunday.
Think I will start preparing for this now…I’ll be able to participate at least 3 days! My Sundays are full with Church so won’t be in sewing room Sunday!
