It’s time to vote for our Tuesday Link Box idea. Thanks to all who submitted ideas. Some of them were great but when you think about needing to post something every Tuesday . . it would be hard.
Here are the ones I’ve chosen:
Crockpot Tuesday – I have a love/hate relationship with my crockpot. I have fixed a few things that are fantastic. I’ve fixed more things that made me wish we had a pizza delivery service out here. I love getting recommendations from folks who have tried recipes. It would be fine to post a link to a recipe and then show pictures of your dish and give us your rating and thoughts. It’s ok to think a recipe would be fantastic and then find out . . it wasn’t so fantastic. At least you tried and we all appreciate honest opinion. This one was submitted by Sara Jane.
Triumph Tuesdays – As suggested by Darling Jill, this can be anything you’re particularly thrilled about. Pets, a quilt finish, a good doctor’s visit . . basically you’d be posting about the best thing that’s happened to you since last Tuesday or the thing that’s made you the happiest since last Tuesday.
What are you Reading? – I love this one because I like to read but because I like to do so many other things, I don’t read a lot. I know that having to be accountable for what I’m reading might cause me to find more reading time so I don’t have to share the same book every Tuesday for 6 months. And, it’s fun to see what others are reading. This one was submitted by Annette S.
Tipster Tuesday – Share tips. This was submitted by Wendy J. and she suggested quilting, knitting, gardening, pets, books, cooking, organizing sewing rooms, husbands, grandkids, gadgets, canning, prepping,
Fantastic Finds – We could share links with patterns, either free or for sale, that we’ve found online that we would like to make – could be quilting, crafty items that quilters would like. Example – this week I found this tree skirt pattern. This would be a place to share patterns or things you want to make . . not things you’ve found to purchase (i.e., tools, books, etc.).
Here’s where you vote! Thank you. Polls will close Sunday afternoon or evening.
