Not a stitch has been taken on my cowl but I do hope to finish it this weekend. I think I can finish my socks this evening.
See that nice pooling happening down the leg? I so love this Into the Whirled yarn!

Those socks are amazing! I love when pooling gets kind of swirly. I guess I am an oddball, cause I also like when the socks are a little different from each other- brothers but not twins.
Great socks Judy! You have almost got me convinced that I should try knitting with that thin yarn (as opposed to the worsted that I am currently working on).
What are your plans for the Quiltathon? Did you start yesterday? I didn’t get a chance. . . but hubby is not home tonight (out w/friends) so it will be just me & the dogs. I’ve got several quilt blocks that need to be completed before Sunday so I need to get a move on!
Judy – what kink of DP needles do you like for socks? I am about to take the plunge (either that or have a sock yarn sale!) and I think that the steel/aluminum needles might be too slippery for me. I know you like the double points so I’m tuninng to you for expert advice.
I was actually going to have something to show today but did not like the way it was turning out. Ripped it out! Wrong yarn for the pattern. Found our new yarnr shop today while waiting for Dad. Bought different yarn. Maybe next week!
