Who needs a sewing room? Maybe we’ll turn what was formerly known as the sewing room . . just turn the whole room into a kitty room! We’ll take the longarm out . . maybe stick it on the front porch! We’ll take all the fabric out of the closets and . . let’s see . . maybe we can turn it all into some kind of cover to protect the fruit trees and garden from the grasshoppers. We’ll leave all the shelves in the closets because Boots loves running through them and jumping and climbing. We’ll take out all the thread because that’s dangerous for a kitty. We’ll just unwind it all from the spools and let him have the spools to play with. He loves those!
There’s really not much room for me or my sewing supplies in the sewing room any more anyway. Vince just ordered this.
I hope the calm kitty comes with it!
Maybe I’ll draw up some plans for a new sewing room for me . . maybe I’ll make the new one bigger, with more windows, and a bathroom. Maybe a small kitchen . . not really . . Vince would not be happy if I even mentioned doing such a thing.
Who ever thought one hungry little kitty arriving on my doorstep could have resulted in so much chaos in my routine? I’m wondering if we should have kept the quiet, shy little orange kitty and given the funny, energetic, inquisitive little black kitty to someone else. :)
