Vince took off work Friday and Monday so that means four days he was home and four days we worked our tails off. Every bone and muscle in my body is screaming for him to go back to work. I would like to think that some day we’ll get all the hard work done around here and we won’t always have to work so hard but then I think . . once we get everything done, we’ll be so old it will be time to sell this place and move into assisted living and someone else will enjoy all that we’ve done or . . they’ll bulldoze the whole place and build something else here. Pleasant thoughts for an early morning, huh? ๐
These two pictures are the first ones in the current picture file and every time I open my pictures, I see them. The first one is a picture of wild flowers outside the neighbor’s fence.
The second one just happens to be the picture right next to it on the SD card, though it certainly wasn’t planned. It’s a picture of yarn that came in (yes, I need to do a yarn report) and the colors in the yarn are almost exactly the same colors as the colors in the flower picture.
Every time I open up that picture file, those two pictures sitting there as #1 and #2 on that card make me smile. But now . . I look at the uploaded pictures in my blog library and this is one of the first pictures next to those two and it’s almost the same colors too.
Weird and funny! Maybe I should get a life, huh? ๐

I think I can say unequivocally that you definitely DO have a life!! It’s much more full than mine, and I can’t keep up with my own, so I continue to be amazed at all you manage to accomplish in the same number of hours a day that I stumble through! Yes, you already DO have a life!!! ๐

These colors are beautiful. I think it is telling you to make a quilt using these colors. It’s a beautiful combination.
