Just a reminder for those who are new to this: You’ve made a list of 12 projects you’d like to finish and they’re numbered 1 – 12. Each month I will draw a number and you will work on your project that corresponds to that number.
The number we will work on in January is:
#3
For the rest of the months, I’ll add a link box to the first of the month post so you can share your finished project from the previous month. (On February 1, I’ll post a new number, along with a link box so you can link to your finished #3 project.)
If you have questions, just ask.

Question: can you chose another number? Just kidding, but really, that #3 on my list is the one that probably most drove me to join, but the one I dread most. Here’s to checking the most dreaded off the list early!

When I saw 3….i thought to myself…i think that is Larry’s (my son) quilt. sure enough…it is the Texas quilt. That you did in 2012….that is when i got the fabric. I started piecing it in 2014….this month it will be finished. and i shall give it to my DIL for her birthday…which is next month. thanks, Judy

Thankfully, one of my easier UFOs. I was hoping January wasn’t going to be number 4.

well, seeing as how my #3 is one of the more involved projects on my list, it may not get finished, but it will certainly get worked on. I have spent the last week cleaning and organizing my sewing room. All the fabric has moved out to the bedroom and most of the buckets in the sewing room have been sorted and organized and labeled and are ready to work on. I have spent a lot of time ironing and trimming scraps and still have a long way to go with those, but it is an ongoing project, so will clear the tables off tomorrow and begin on the buffalo quilt for one of my best friends. onward, through the fog . . . . . . . . .
