Finally, the links have been added to the instructions for Nicole’s Sofa Quilt.  Sorry it took me so long to do it . . it was just a matter of sitting down and getting it done and last night I did it . . instead of knitting.  You’re welcome!  :)

Nicole’s Sofa Quilt – Borders

Here are the borders for Nicole’s Sofa Quilt.  Once the blocks are put together and the top, without borders, is ready, it should measure 45-1/2″ x 63-1/2″.  Measurements are given for adding the side borders first (on each round), then adding the top and bottom border.  The border measurements given below are the cutting measurements:

Border #1: (Fabric 1)
Sides – 1-1/2″ x 63-1/2″
Top & Bottom -1-1/2″ x 47-1/2

Border #2 – (Fabric 7)
Sides – 1-1/2″ x 65-1/2″
Top & Bottom – 1-1/2″ x 49-1/2″

Border #3 – (Fabric 1)
Sides – 2″ x 67-1/2″
Top & Bottom – 2″ x 52-1/2″

Border #4 – (Fabric 6)
Sides – 1-1/2″ x 70-1/2″
Top & Bottom – 1-1/2″ x 54-1/2″

Border #5 – (Fabric 1)
Sides – 2″ x 72-1/2″
Top & Bottom – 2″ x 57-1/2″

Border #6 – (Fabric 7)
Sides – 3-1/2″ x 75-1/2″

Nicole’s Sofa Quilt – Hour #20

Monday I will give you the border chart so if you’re keeping up, that will be the final step.

Today and for the weekend, sew the blocks together for the rows and even though it will take more than an hour, the rows can be sewn together too if you want to add the borders on Monday.
