Another Quilt

This is the quilt I was working on before I left home. It’s for my niece’s oldest daughter. Just so happens their school colors are the same as LSU and they’re big LSU fans. Kristy had asked for quilts they could take to football games so here’s the first of six.
The white border isn’t going to be a white border . . I have an idea in my head for piecing it but I think it’s one of those things I can do easier than I can draw. I wish I’d brought some fabric scraps with me and I would have played with it while here.
Just this simple block, the “nonsuch” block. If the border comes together the way I’m hoping it will, the border will make the quilt.
