They weren’t bad. They weren’t like homemade regular pancakes but I can definitely enjoy them occasionally while on this diet.
The bad thing . . Vince wants 3 pieces of bacon, which is really 1-1/2 pieces because I cut them in half before cooking them. I always eat 4 pieces, which is 2 pieces. I accidentally gave him the 4 pieces, which left 3 for me. I fixed his real pancakes and gave him his plate, then fixed my plate and realized I only had 3 pieces of bacon. I said “Did I give you 4 piece of bacon?” He said “Maybe. I already ate them all!” So, I shorted myself 1/2 piece of bacon. I could have fixed more but it wasn’t that important. Yea . . right . . why am I writing about it if it wasn’t that important? 🙂
