The full name is Pressure Cooker Chicken Bacon Penne Pasta in a Garlic Cream Sauce. Not sure how I came across this recipe but I bought the stuff to make it Thursday. Then Thursday afternoon, Chad got his smoker going. He does such a great job with smoking and it’s a real, wood fired smoker so I asked him to put my chicken on the smoker just for a few minutes . . not to cook it all the way through but just to give it a good, smokey flavor.
This afternoon, I was cooking this for dinner. Just smelling that chicken made me want to saute it to finish cooking it and eat it just like that but I followed the recipe and cooked it according to the recipe.
Definitely a recipe I will fix again!
