Another great dinner with leftovers for another meal. Yay!
About noon I seasoned country style pork ribs and put them in the oven at 300 and left them til about 4:00, flipping them over once. About 4:00 I switched the oven to 375 convection and they cooked probably another 30 minutes. They were moist and tender. The kale was cooked in the air fryer and it was crispy and tender.
I did manage to eat all my kale but only the small piece of meat. I didn’t touch the piece with the bone in it. I put two pieces on Vince’s plate and he was only able to eat one of them.
The meat was on sale and I paid $5.97 and there’s probably enough meat for two meals left. Not a bad deal!
