I knew the Pork Eggrolls in a Bowl was going to be terrific and it was!
We also had roasted brussels sprouts but this time I chopped them and did them in the countertop convection oven because I could do more of them then I can do in the air fryer. I often have to make two batches in the air fryer.
They were good too.
Today we started our third week of the diet. Smooth sailing so far!
