Dinner tonight was a mishmash of what we were both wanting but it was still low carb.
Summer sausage (1 carb per 2 oz.), a little mustard, brie, guacamole, 2 little tomatoes that I didn’t eat, bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and some kind of seaweed cracker. It wasn’t bad but I love rice crackers with my brie.
There was very little mess to clean up so I should be able to finish my socks tonight!
