I’m making a menu for the week, mostly for future reference but there’s a lot happening this week so I doubt I’ll be cooking every day but . . having a plan will help, if I do have time to cook.
Monday: Buffalo Chicken Wedge Salad, Pickled Carrots,
Tuesday: One Pot Chicken & Broccoli, Kim Chi
Wednesday: Smoked Salmon, Baked Sweet Potato
Thursday: Black & Blue Hamburger Pie, Cole Slaw
Friday: Grilled Steak, Steamed Broccoli, Cucumber/Yogurt Salad
Saturday: Leftover Salmon
